About The Position

The Dining Access & Partnership Manager is responsible for expanding Velocity Black’s global network hospitality partners — securing exclusive access, dining perks, and experiences to accelerate member acquisition and retention. This role blends relationship-building, growth, and a deep understanding of luxury dining and hospitality. Through strategic partnerships with top restaurants, hospitality groups, and PR companies, this role is accountable for driving membership growth through hospitality-led commercial partnerships. The ideal candidate is a dynamic connector with a strong network in the restaurant and hospitality space, a commercial mindset, and a passion for creating exceptional experiences that strengthen Velocity Black’s access while converting industry relationships into long-term membership opportunities. Requirements

Strong existing relationships with top-tier restaurants and hospitality groups.
Proven experience in partnerships or business development within luxury dining or hospitality.
Strategic, organized, and entrepreneurial — with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) clientele and the hospitality landscape.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 5 years of partnership experience in the hospitality or dining industry in New York City
At least 1 year of experience in event planning

1+ years working with ultra high net worth customers
1+ years of experience managing restaurant reservations for ultra high net worth customers
Strong relationship building skills, customer focus and ability to collaborate

Responsibilities

Structure and negotiate commercial agreements with hospitality groups that include priority access, recurring inventory, exclusive events, and dining perks.
Identify and close corporate membership opportunities in the hospitality and members club space-positioning Velocity Black as a value-add benefit for their top clients and/or partners.
Build and maintain relationships with top restaurants, hospitality groups, and key decision-makers globally. Own these relationships from start to finish.
Manage dining access partners (contractors) to optimize access, perks, fulfillment, and documentation.
Curate and maintain Instant Book offerings to ensure inventory quality and availability.
Deliver unique dining focused member events that deepen engagement and brand affinity.
Share insights on new openings, booking policies, and local trends to keep the team informed.
Align dining access strategy with overall commercial strategy. Own all communication and KPIS around the strategy.
Leverage culinary award shows and PR events as strategic member acquisition channels and brand awareness.
