About The Position
The Dining Attendant Supervisor will assist in the training of associates in the Food & Beverage Department. This person will be responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage Manager with Front of the House personnel and operation of the dining rooms to ensure a high quality and consistent dining experience. Maintaining all aspects of excellent restaurant customer service from making reservations to exiting the restaurant are their responsibility. The main focus of this position is on customer service and can train/instill customer service values to subordinate staff. This position needs to be a self-motivated Food & Beverage Server Supervisor with a strong work ethic and a drive to exceed expectations. It is also important that you have excellent communication skills
Requirements
- Two to three years of experience in a full-service restaurant or an associate’s degree from two-year College or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Solid organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience training new servers is required
- Strong attention to detail and extremely organized with elevated time management and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Prior supervision of three (3) or more employees is preferred
