The Dining Facility Attendant supports the daily operations of the dining facility by assisting with food preparation, service, sanitation, equipment care, and resident participation activities. This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive dining environment while modeling appropriate behavior and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and childcare regulations. Maintains regular, reliable, and punctual attendance. Assists food service staff with preparation of meals according to established menus, portion standards, and food safety guidelines. Supports food service operations during meal service, including serving food and assisting with food line activities. Performs routine and deep cleaning tasks, including dishwashing, sanitation of food service areas, proper waste segregation, and trash removal. Assists with cleaning, care, and basic maintenance of kitchen and dining equipment. Ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times. Contributes to a safe, orderly, and positive dining environment for residents, staff, and guests.
