About The Position

The Lead Host is the face of the dining room and plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all residents and guests. This position oversees front-of-house operations, manages reservations and seating, and leads the service staff with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.   • Must have at least 2 years' experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome residents and guests in a warm, professional manner.
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen staff and servers to maintain timing and quality of service.
  • Oversee daily dining room operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
  • Handle resident and guest concerns promptly and graciously.
  • Train, support, and supervise dining room staff in service standards and hospitality practices.
  • Monitor dining room ambiance, including lighting, music, and overall atmosphere.
