We work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to accommodate special requests and dietary needs thoughtfully. Requirements

  • A high school degree or equivalent experience is required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in an upscale dining environment.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred certifications: ServSafe Food, CPR Training, and TiPS Alcohol Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the daily operations of the front of house team, ensuring smooth and efficient service from breakfasts, lunches, and occasional receptions & dinners.
  • Handling inventory for front of house sections, making certain they remain sufficiently supplied to support business demands.
  • Supervising and training the waitstaff team, conducting pre-service briefings, and crafting work schedules to maintain service excellence.
  • Managing reservations, ensuring accuracy, and communicating dietary restrictions with the culinary team.
  • Reporting on volume of activity and projections.
