Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests warmly upon arrival
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure the dining area remains clean, organized, and inviting
- Address resident and guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
