Requirements
- We are looking for a skilled Maître D′ or Dining Room Supervisor with at least 1 year of experience as a host or dining room supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and supervises food and beverage service, and assists as needed.
- Coordinates and supervises the cleanliness of all dining areas.
- Maintains strict sanitary standards as dictated by company policy.
- Assists with special functions and events as necessary.
- Ensures that all flatware, condiments, and beverages are in a constant state of readiness.
- Maintains clean, orderly, and safe kitchen and dining room environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
