Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional service
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety
Nice To Haves
- Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required—we’ll provide training for the right candidate!
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming dining environment
- Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Assist residents with menu selections and accommodate special dietary needs or requests
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and organized before and after meals
- Clear tables, remove used dishes, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders, special requests, and dietary restrictions
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
