About The Position

Responsible for the cleaning, care, staging, and storage of pots, pans, and service items. Works to maintain order and flow in the dish room. Monitors needs daily and helps direct PTT employees to daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.

Requirements

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
• Clean or prepare various foods for cooking or serving.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation to include kitchen tables, shelves, floors, equipment, etc.
• Follow all opening and closing procedures for the dish area as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
