Our rapid growth and breadth of accounts translates into exciting opportunities for our people!Job SummaryThe Dining Services Manager is responsible for leading daily dining operations in a high-volume campus environment, overseeing frontline service teams, cafe service, and supporting events and pop-up experiences while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role requires proven leadership experience within a food service or hospitality setting, a creative and outgoing service approach, and close collaboration with culinary, marketing, and operations teams to support quality, consistency, guest engagement, and financial performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in food service, cafe management, or hospitality operations
  • Background in restaurants, cafes, hotels, corporate dining, education, healthcare, military, or similar food service operations
  • Creative, outgoing professional with a strong hospitality mindset and comfort in guest-facing roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet-based tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting events, pop-up concepts, or special service activations preferred
  • Experience with table service, catering, or event-based service preferred
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Associate’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee dining services and cafe operations for a small to medium volume location, including seated service, pop-ups, and special events
  • Manage, coach, and support a team of food service professionals in daily operations, events, and customer-facing environments
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, resolving concerns professionally with a strong hospitality and service mindset
  • Partner with the Chef and leadership team on menu execution, food quality, service standards, and event readiness
  • Support sales initiatives, budgeting, profit and loss performance, and cost controls for the account
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation, food safety, infection control, and quality standards across all service formats
  • Assist with implementation of new culinary concepts, pop-up programs, and marketing-driven initiatives
  • Contribute to quarterly client reports, operational presentations, and performance updates
  • Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to drive innovation, guest engagement, and revenue growth
  • Perform other duties as assigned
