At Yamaha Marine Precision Propellers, we work as a team to manufacturer boat propellers using an investment casting process. We make high quality products while supporting our teams and local communities by providing great careers in a safe, respectful, and innovative environment. The Dip Operator "shelling process" involves creating a ceramic mold around a wax pattern, which will later be melted away. This process, also known as investing, coats the wax pattern with multiple layers of ceramic slurry and sometimes a stucco, creating a hollow, durable shell capable of holding molten metal. Starting $17.50 per hour with potential for growth based on experience. Attendance incentives are available up to $160 per two-week period. Shift: Monday - Friday, 2PM - 10:30PM
