About The Position

At Yamaha Marine Precision Propellers, we work as a team to manufacturer boat propellers using an investment casting process. We make high quality products while supporting our teams and local communities by providing great careers in a safe, respectful, and innovative environment. The Dip Operator "shelling process" involves creating a ceramic mold around a wax pattern, which will later be melted away. This process, also known as investing, coats the wax pattern with multiple layers of ceramic slurry and sometimes a stucco, creating a hollow, durable shell capable of holding molten metal.
