About the position

We are currently seeking a talented Dir Product Marketing who wants to join a dynamic and experienced team and take their technical knowledge to the next level in our mission of excellence. In your new role you will: Seek trends in the automotive market focusing on new EE architectures, e.g. SDV, related to zone controllers, cockpit systems, LED Lighting, central computing, car access, smart motor and edge nodes and in-vehicle networking. Understand customers' requirements, competitors' positioning and, develop use cases for our products. Turn the market requirements into valuable assets for product offerings including Software and define the North American market strategy. Define new products, justify the business cases accordingly and once developed, launch the products into the market. Plan and implement holistic go-to-market strategy including positioning, pricing, market penetration, and market communication. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key customers, industry leaders, FAEs and sales team members. Generate sales collateral such as product presentations, competitor benchmarking, and fighting guide. Drive product promotion activities with relevant marketing channel. Develop and implement 5-year revenue plan for focus products and applications. Coach and develop marketing professionals.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing semiconductor products.
  • Knowledge of the Automotive industry and semiconductor devices.
  • Knowledge of Software, Security, and Ethernet requirements in automotive systems is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA is a plus.
