As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) within our Community Residential Services for Adults (CRSA) , you’ll empower individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities to realize their best life . Bring Out the Best in You and Those We Serve Bancroft’s community-based residences for people with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities fosters a stable environment where each individual can experience independence. Direct Support Professionals help those in our care to reach their highest potential, while gaining experience and learning new skills. W e are hiring across Burlington County. Various schedules and shifts are currently available evenings, and overnights.
Requirements
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
Responsibilities
