Direct Support Professional Float (Full Time)

Achieve is looking for Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float—a dynamic, flexible team member who is excited to jump in wherever support is needed. This role has consistent weekly hours, but not a fixed assignment each day. You’ll work across our programs, supporting individuals with disabilities in meaningful, community-centered ways. What You’ll Do (A Little Bit of Everything!) As a DSP Float, you’ll be our go-to person for filling in and keeping things running smoothly. Requirements
- A team player with a positive, “jump right in” attitude
- Someone comfortable moving between programs and tasks
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to drive agency vehicles (training provided)
- Reliability, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others succeed
