About The Position

We are hiring a Direct Support Professionals to support adults with disabilities in a day center setting. In this role, you’ll help clients build independence, engage in meaningful activities, and develop essential life skills in a supportive environment. Location: San Marcos Schedule: Mon- Fri 9a-3:30p Pay: The pay for this position is $20.00 to $20.65. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Six (6) months of experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Have experience with case management systems (Therap preferred)
• Are bilingual in English and Spanish
• Have previous experience in a caregiving or teaching role

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients in learning life, social, and personal care skills
• Assisting with daily needs, including feeding, toileting, and mobility
• Leading engaging group and individual activities
• Documenting progress and ensuring accurate case records
