Whether you're helping with daily activities, coordinating schedules, or providing vital clinical support, you'll be making a real difference in the lives of those you care for.
Requirements
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent (experience in a caregiving role is a plus!).
- You're a great communicator, able to connect with people from all walks of life.
- You stay calm under pressure, handling challenges with patience and empathy.
- You're eager to learn and follow healthcare procedures, even if they're new to you.
Responsibilities
- Offer compassionate support during the evening hours, assisting residents with personal care, medication management, and daily routines.
- Respond calmly and effectively to any medical or behavioral issues, following our proven protocols.
- Encourage residents to engage in social activities, learn new skills, and participate in fun, recreational opportunities.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals, case managers, and families to provide seamless, coordinated care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident activities, incidents, and any interventions in their records.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by performing light housekeeping and conducting regular safety inspections.
