About The Position

We are seeking a battle‑tested Air Force Executive Leader to own, grow, and scale our Air Force portfolio. This role is designed for a senior professional with deep Air Force experience, trusted relationships across the Air Force ecosystem, and a proven ability to turn access into growth. This leader will sit at the intersection of strategy, mission delivery, and business expansion / development serving as: Director of Air Force portfolio growth Business Development / Growth Leadership  Program Manager for a flagship Air Force Portfolio Acquisition Executives (PAE) sUAS initiative This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility leadership role with direct influence on company growth, client trust, and mission outcomes. This is not a caretaker position. This is a build-and-lead role for someone who wants to shape strategy, drive growth, and leave a lasting impact on Air Force sUAS / Drone mission success. You will have executive visibility, real authority, and the opportunity to scale a portfolio with momentum.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance (SCI preferred).
  • Prior Air Force, Space Force, Aerospace experience - uniformed or civilian - with strong understanding of logistics, sustainment, readiness, or UAS mission areas.
  • Strong, current Air Force relationships with the credibility to operate at senior officers and executives.
  • Prior experience as a Business Development or Account Executive within the Air Force, sUAS and Industrial Base community.
  • Foundational to Expert knowledge of the Air Force Acquisition and Procurement process both traditional (FAR based) and non-traditional (OT / OTA’s) mechanisms.
  • Ability to gain trust immediately with your knowledge and reputation gained throughout your civilian and/or military career as trusted leader.
  • Proven success managing complex Air Force programs or major logistics initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategy development or logistics transformation.
  • Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and engage effectively at senior Air Force levels.
  • Willingness to travel to Air Force sites as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Former senior Air Force officer or civilian with logistics, sustainment, UAS, or acquisition leadership roles.
  • Directly supported the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) with a deep network of trusted leaders.
  • Industry experience supporting Air Force logistics, sUAS modernization, or sustainment portfolios.
  • Experience leading enterprise transformation or modernization initiatives.
  • Balanced strength as strategist and operator.

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall strategy, growth plan, and execution of the Air Force portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across Air Force sUAS, Industrial Base, Logistics, Sustainment, and Acquisition communities.
  • Identify, shape, and lead opportunities supporting Air Force Life Cycle Management Center modernization and logistics transformation.
  • Drive business development, capture strategy, and client engagement across Air Force commands.
  • Serve as Portfolio/Program Manager for the Air Force UAS Modernization Initiative.
  • Ensure excellence across performance, schedule, budget, and mission delivery.
  • Lead teams supporting logistics modernization, readiness analytics, sustainment innovation, and UAS capability integration.
  • Ensure outcomes directly support Air Force mission priorities.
  • Provide executive‑level advising across logistics, sustainment, fleet readiness, and modernization initiatives.
  • Lead enterprise analyses, logistics strategy efforts, and organizational effectiveness engagements.
  • Support transformation efforts aligned with Air Force and DoD modernization strategies.
