Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Expertise: Hands‑on experience with Blue Prism is highly preferred (development, deployment, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management). Strong familiarity with RPA methodologies and best practices.
• Prior experience in these technologies are also strongly recommended: Basic knowledge of microservices stack--.Net, Java, Docker, Redis, REST/JSON, and SQL/Oracle/Postgres DevOps and automated change management through Jenkins, Ansible, or similar technologies.
• Technical Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience leading software development teamsand technical specialists.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining quality and alignment with standards.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing technical staff.
• Strategic & Operational Balance: Ability to prioritize short-term deliverableswhile actively shaping and advancing long-term technology strategies.
• Skilled at identifying opportunities for automation, process improvement, and platform scalability.
• Project & Stakeholder Management: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
• Comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to align objectives, manage expectations, and report progress.
• Technical Acumen: Background in software development, automation engineering, or related technical fields.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems, integration patterns, and modern development practices.
• You have 12+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
