We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Director & Assistant Director of Security Operations to lead security services at a premier site in Wauwatosa, WI. If you are passionate about leadership, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional security services, we want to hear from you. The Director & Assistant Director of Security Operations is responsible for overseeing all on-site security personnel and operations. This role ensures proper staffing, officer training, compliance with policies and procedures, and strong client relationships. The Director & Assistant Director will work closely with the client and company leadership to achieve operational goals and maintain the highest standards of service.
