Fidelity is seeking a strategic and dynamic Director of Equity & Fund Product Strategy to lead the business development and support of new and existing product initiatives to drive customer value, business outcomes, and brokerage innovation.   • Lead the development and execution of the equity product roadmap, aligning with client needs, market trends, and business priorities.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and readiness for product deployment, including go-to-market strategy, pricing, and value proposition development.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for equity markets and related financial instruments i.e. ETFs, providing insights to delivery teams and shaping digital and live channel experiences.
  • Represent Fidelity in market-facing engagements, offering thought leadership and strategic commentary to clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and communicate regulatory, legislative, and competitive trends, ensuring the product strategy remains compliant yet innovative and forward-looking.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors and cross-enterprise business units to enhance product capabilities and reach.

  • Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week.
