About The Position

The Advanced Effects Business Line is looking for a high initiative, collaborative individual to join the team: The Army Advanced Effects lead for the Air Dominance and Strike Division. This person will have ownership and responsibility for shaping and capturing ground and air launched advanced effects primarily with the US Army and International Partners.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years experience in creating or supporting new missiles/weapons programs, including requirements definition and acquisition strategies.
Prior experience working with US Army program offices / customers. Deep understanding of US Army customer community, requirements process, and operational needs.
Prior acquisition or operational experience with missile systems across across surface fires, air launched effects, and the air defense domains, across a variety of roles and missions.
Excellent writing, communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and customers.
Ability to travel 50% – 75% required.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
