Requirements

  • MS or PhD in EE with 15+ years of semiconductor industry experience in defining Analog/Mixed-Signal design methodology and flows.
  • Experience in managing a small team of CAD engineers supporting design teams.
  • Good understanding of Analog / Mixed-Signal design flows (Simulation, Extraction, EMIR analysis) using tools from major EDA vendors
  • Excellent communication skills - written and spoken

Nice To Haves

  • Prior hands-on experience in supporting AMS design teams is preferred.
  • Experience in Silicon Photonics flows is a big plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage a CAD team focused on AMS and Optics design flows
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers on methodology and flow related issues
  • Collaborate with Design, Layout, IT, EDA and other cross-functional teams in improving design organization's productivity and quality
  • Drive CAD team towards flow automation and providing excellent day-to-day support to internal customers
