This role is a strategic leadership position focused on building and expanding channel partnerships to drive growth, market reach, and revenue. You will lead the development of relationships with key partners, creating scalable programs that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results. The position requires a combination of strategic vision, negotiation expertise, and operational excellence, working across cross-functional teams to implement programs that maximize partner engagement and performance. You will manage a high-impact portfolio of partnerships, analyze market trends, and optimize strategies to ensure success. Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel partnerships, alliance management, or strategic business development, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience designing and implementing partner programs, incentive structures, and enablement materials.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in partnerships or sales strategy are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, development, and management of channel partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, aligning partnership initiatives with company goals.
  • Design and implement partner programs, incentives, and enablement resources to maximize engagement and performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver coordinated partner initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance, market trends, and program effectiveness to optimize results.
  • Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and other networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and visibility.
