Champion Financial Acumen: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including SOW creation and tracking, budget management, resource allocation, and contract negotiation. Cultivate a Culture of Learning: Establish a dynamic environment that fosters organizational learning, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across all media teams. Empower and Develop Talent: Mentor and guide Directors and team members, providing support, fostering professional growth, and ensuring a positive and rewarding work environment. Drive Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices, streamline workflows, and leverage technology to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall team performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven management experience in the marketing/communications industry, with a demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiation, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proven ability to analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined processes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Passion for fostering a positive and supportive work environment, with a strong commitment to mentorship, professional development, and team building.
  • Extensive understanding of marketing concepts within the pharmaceutical and patient markets, with a strong knowledge of media planning across all channels – traditional and digital.
