Netsmart is seeking a seasoned Client Alignment (Account Manager) leader to support and grow strategic relationships with our Post-Acute clients, including Home Health, Hospice, Senior Living, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation organizations. This role serves as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, ensuring client goals are aligned with Netsmart’s software, hosting, solutions and services to deliver measurable outcomes and long-term value. This position leads a team of approximately 5–7 Client Alignment associates and plays a key role in driving client retention, expansion and satisfaction across a portfolio of Post-Acute providers. This is an onsite role in our Overland Park, KS office.
