About The Position

The Client Service Director will work closely with General Manager of the region as their right hand. They will either be responsible for a smaller section of a larger region or some of the areas of responsibility depending on the size of the region. In general, the Client Service director will lead all Install and Service teams in the region. This includes building exceptional teams, leading execution with customers, and growing revenue in both areas. The Client Service Director is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service to our customers in the region. Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Management experience with a minimum of 5 years required.
  • Sales experience with a minimum of 5 years preferred.
  • The role involves a dynamic balance between field visits and office-based work.
  • Regular travel is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Car wash industry experience of at least 3 years preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with GM to manage P&L.
  • Responsible for hiring and training for Install and Service positions in your territory.
  • Responsible for analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and developing recommendations to support customer requirements.
  • Manage Service & Installation managers within the territory to ensure job and service profitability and accuracy.
  • Assist Operations Managers with fleet management and vehicle issues.
  • Resolve elevated customer service issues/complaints.
  • Hire and train staff to ensure adherence to SCWS policies and procedures for all operations team members.
  • Guiding, Directing, and Motivating Subordinates - Providing guidance, training, and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance on a frequent basis. Includes conducting regular meetings with your office staff & supervisors and identifying staffing needs, interviews, hires and training staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.
