Director, Cloud Identity and Access Management Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Director, Cloud IAM is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and delivery of cloud-native Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities across all service models-SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS-and cloud providers. This role drives the development of scalable, policy-driven IAM solutions that enable dynamic, just-in-time access to cloud resources, applications, and services. As a key contributor to the enterprise's digital transformation and cloud adoption strategy, the Director ensures IAM capabilities are embedded into cloud-native architectures, DevOps workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
