CNBC is seeking a Community & Subscriber Engagement Director to build and lead a new forums experience on CNBC.com that deepens audience connection, strengthens subscriber loyalty, and extends CNBC’s authority into interactive dialogue. These forums will function as Reddit-like rooms where subscribers can exchange ideas, ask questions, and engage directly with CNBC’s well-known talent through live conversations and expert-led discussions. This role is both strategic and operational: setting the vision, launching the platform, and guiding its evolution into a trusted destination for financial conversation. The ideal candidate is a strong manager and collaborative leader who can recruit, develop, and inspire a team while working cross-functionally with editorial, product, subscription, and talent partners. At a time when audiences are increasingly seeking connection—not just content—and AI tools deliver fast but impersonal answers, this leader will create a community experience that stands apart through human insight, expert access, and thoughtful moderation.
