We’re currently seeking a content design director to join our Core Card Experiences team, which is part of the Experience Design organization. Card is the largest revenue source for Capital One. However, many people don’t understand key concepts around credit, how to use it wisely and how to use it to build a better financial future. In this role, you will oversee the customer and associate facing experiences that help make our biggest business thrive. Role Expectations As a content design director on the Core card Experiences team, you’ll leverage your exceptional content design skills to lead high-impact, highly complex projects and define and drive design strategy that informs the higher-level vision of the organization and aligns to business objectives. You’ll collaborate deeply with our design and research teams and Product and Tech leadership and apply your expertise to elevating the quality and maturity of the design practice at Capital One. Additionally, you will lead the charge in collaborating with Research to use quantitative and qualitative testing to ensure our content meets the needs of all users.
