Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience required.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ human resources experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
  • Experience in union work environments preferred but not required.
  • Ability to conduct investigations and resolve employee grievances.
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to executive and senior leadership teams.
  • Translate business strategy into HR priorities and actionable initiatives.
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning efforts.
  • Drive and occasionally lead large-scale change initiatives.
  • Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness and team development.
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters.
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
