About The Position

We are seeking a Director, Corporate Development, to join the Corporate Development, Strategy & Growth team at ANDMORE. This role serves as a core partner in translating enterprise strategy into execution by driving clarity, alignment, and accountability across the company’s most critical initiatives. Acting as both strategist and operator, this leader will design and manage the systems, cadences, and communications that ensure enterprise OKRs and initiatives are clearly defined, actively tracked, and successfully delivered. The ideal candidate is structured, analytical, and highly collaborative person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by turning strategy into measurable results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate development, strategy, enterprise PMO, consulting, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience developing executive-ready dashboards, reports, and presentations.
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Collaborative leader who builds alignment across functions and senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into execution.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments.

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise OKR & Initiative Management Partner with the SVP to facilitate the annual enterprise OKR process, including setting and cascading enterprise and departmental objectives and key results.
  • Support the Executive Leadership Team in defining, prioritizing, and maintaining a clear enterprise initiative portfolio, identifying gaps, overlaps, and success criteria.
  • Own enterprise initiative tracking and progress visibility, ensuring accurate and timely updates from initiative leads.
  • Serve as the operational steward of the OKR process by refining tools, templates, and governance cadences to improve clarity and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards and summaries for monthly and quarterly leadership reviews.
  • Initiative Execution Support or directly manage cross-functional enterprise initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are achieved.
  • Create detailed project plans, status updates, and executive-ready materials.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve blockers, clarify decisions, and maintain alignment.
  • Apply structured problem-solving and analytical rigor to assess progress and recommend course corrections.
  • Executive Reporting & Communications Develop concise, insight-rich updates for leadership, including materials for Transformation Meetings, Growth Meetings, ELT reviews, and Board presentations as needed.
  • Ensure enterprise initiatives are consistently and accurately represented in executive-level communications.
  • Synthesize inputs from multiple workstreams into clear narratives highlighting performance, risks, and next steps.
  • Strategic Support & Ad Hoc Projects Support the SVP and Corporate Development team on ad hoc strategic initiatives, market analyses, and operational improvement efforts.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to inform strategic decisions and initiative design.
  • Assist with post-merger integration efforts, innovation programs, and special initiatives as needed.
