This role serves as a strategic leader and steward of the COI narrative, ensuring it is clearly articulated, consistently activated, and meaningfully integrated into the organization’s people and business priorities. Working in close partnership with the Global Director and senior stakeholders, the Director translates enterprise strategy into scalable activation frameworks, engagement strategies, and leadership enablement tools. This role drives alignment across sectors and functions, ensures COI priorities are embedded in how the organization operates, and leads enterprise-wide efforts that strengthen culture, opportunity, and inclusive growth.
