About The Position

The Director of Demand Management is responsible for leading and maturing the enterprise demand management capability. The Director will establish scalable, data-driven demand processes, optimize demand generation and intake strategies, and lead a team of demand managers to ensure alignment between business priorities, capacity, and delivery outcomes. Partnership with executive leadership, portfolio management, finance, and delivery teams will be essential to translate strategic objectives into actionable prioritized demand. This position will be based in Secaucus, NJ (hybrid). Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
