Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure. Collaborate with engineering teams, Business partners and other stakeholders during product lifecycle. Lead the team of 4-5 product managers, and clearly articulate the why, what, and how of the product or feature. Aligning on action items, owners, and due dates and tracking them to completion. Take lead in Roadmap creation and Requirement gathering. Manage the development backlog using Agile Scrum methodologies, prioritizing features based on business value and use impact. Translate software product roadmap into minimum viable product iterations. Work closely with the Technology team to develop, test and deliver the defined user stories for the platform capabilities and features and rapidly iterate new solutions through automation and demo/prototyping. Own and accept all user stories or features for assigned scrum team or capabilities. Review/demonstrate sprint-related or general functionality with external partners and customers, including the Director of Product Management and other colleagues. Ensure that the appropriate tracking and reporting is in place to track performance post launch to evaluate future investment. Regularly manage and coordinate updates on risks, issues, and changes to leadership to ensure alignment with adjacent groups. Facilitating the resolution of complex risks, issues, and changes tied to initiatives and process. Acting as a subject matter expert for the product. Analyzing trends, industry standards, and best practices to be employed in the offerings.

Requirements

  • 10 plus years of Experience of the full product lifecycle as a Product Manager is essential.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information security, Mathematics, Statistics, or any other relevant qualification
  • A good balance of business acumen and technical knowledge with a proven track record of driving platform innovation with a customer-first mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of technology availability metrics, methodologies, and audit points is essential.
  • Ability to lead product initiatives and maintain an overall strategic trajectory.
  • Ability to break a strategy down into capabilities, features, and user stories.
  • Must have the ability to “connect the dots” between different requirements of different stakeholders.
  • An established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, Agile, and SAFe principles.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to influence others through partnerships.
  • Must possess a growth mindset and creative thinking skills.
  • Strong knowledge of UI / UX development activities.

Nice To Haves

  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agilist Certification is a plus.
  • Risk and compliance knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience working in the Financial Industry is a plus.
  • Experience working in Financial Crimes Risk Management is a plus.
