About The Position

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision to ensure alignment with business strategy, operating model, and long term organizational goals. • Lead architecture governance by establishing standards, frameworks, roadmaps, and decision making processes that guide technology investments and solution designs. • Partner with executive and functional leaders to translate business priorities into scalable, secure, and cost effective enterprise technology plans. • Oversee portfolio and solution architecture across applications, data, infrastructure, integration, and security domains. • Identify modernization opportunities such as cloud adoption, platform consolidation, automation, and emerging technology use cases. • Advance technology simplification and rationalization efforts to reduce redundancy, optimize costs, and improve interoperability. • Provide architectural oversight for major programs and transformation initiatives, ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards and long term sustainability. • Drive adoption of architectural principles and best practices, coaching solution architects and engineering teams to elevate architectural maturity. • Establish technology roadmaps and capability models that support strategic planning and multi year investment decisions. • Ensure architecture supports compliance, resilience, data privacy, and cybersecurity requirements. • Evaluate new technologies and vendors, guiding enterprise level decisions on standards, platforms, and integration patterns. • Communicate complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders, enabling clear decision making and alignment across the organization. • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and leadership teams to help shape architectural competencies and attract top technical talent (a tie in to your world if you choose). • Measure and report on enterprise architecture value, including impact on efficiency, cost optimization, and transformation outcomes. • Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure designs and roadmaps align. • This role will have 3 direct reports.
