About The Position

Revelyst, is a collective of makers who design and manufacture performance gear and precision technologies. Our category-defining brands leverage meticulous craftsmanship and cross-collaboration to pursue innovation and redefine what is humanly possible in the outdoors. We are seeking an experienced FP&A Director to join our Revelyst Golf Technology platform team which consists of Foresight Sports, Bushnell Golf, Golflogix, and Pinseeker brands. As the FP&A Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis process to help guide the Revelyst Golf Technology platform in making informed business decisions. This role involves creating financial models, analyzing data, and preparing reports that provide insights into the company’s financial performance and future projections. This position reports to the Platform CFO and is based in San Diego, CA.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
10+ years of progressive planning and financial analysis experience, preferably from the golf industry.
5+ years of management experience.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

CPA or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate, communicate, and track the execution of annual and long-term financial plans.
Manage and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders that support key decision-making in the organizations.
Analyze the impact of business strategies and initiatives, customer profitability and segmentation, and channel and brand profitability as they relate to business strategy and company goals.
Partner with business leaders to continuously improve and drive the business, improving growth and profitability through a process of financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
Support the platform with financial analysis on new idea generation and “size the prize” exercises.
Support demand and supply planning working with the business leaders.
Collaborate with the corporate Finance team on platform financial analysis.
Manage a team of financial analysts.
Other duties as assigned.
