This role will be based in Sunnyvale or San Francisco. This role reports to the VP, Benefits & Wellbeing and provides global leadership over LinkedIn’s Benefits & Wellbeing portfolio, ensuring programs are competitive, scalable, and aligned with the company’s culture and values. The leader will establish governance frameworks and consistent standards across global benefits programs including time off, retirement, insured benefits financing, and family and wellbeing initiatives, while partnering closely with regional and cross-functional stakeholders. This position serves as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, driving vendor strategy, financial stewardship, and clear, inclusive communication to enhance the employee experience worldwide.
