About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Global Channel Strategy and Programs in the United States. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for defining and executing a global partner strategy that drives revenue growth, operational excellence, and partner satisfaction across multiple regions. You will lead a team of Partner Program Managers and coordinate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Product, Legal, and Operations—to deliver innovative programs that accelerate partner productivity and engagement. The role combines strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and operational execution in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment. Success requires exceptional relationship management, analytical insight, and the ability to align global stakeholders around a unified channel vision. This position offers the opportunity to shape scalable partner programs at a $1B+ company scale while working remotely across diverse geographies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing and leading teams in high-growth SaaS environments (cloud security experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to align cross-functional teams to achieve unified business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data and metrics to inform strategy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, including Systems Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, VARs, and MSPs.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex operational changes into clear narratives for global stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to evolving market and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive global partner program that aligns with organizational growth objectives across AMER, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams—including Sales, Product, Legal, and Operations—to ensure partner program KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Drive operational excellence by streamlining partner processes and incorporating automation and AI to enable a self-service partner environment.
  • Build and maintain global dashboards and reporting systems to provide a “Single Source of Truth” for partner program performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partner executives and internal stakeholders to ensure long-term strategic alignment.
  • Partner with Enablement and Education teams to deliver competency-based modules that drive partner productivity and engagement.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the Partner Program Management team to strengthen global channel capabilities.
