The Director, eCommerce & Omnichannel is the enterprise leader responsible for defining and scaling Riverside’s digital commerce strategy, with a primary focus on accelerating profitable growth for the MadeGood brand across Amazon, omnichannel retailers, and emerging on-demand platforms. This role is accountable for the performance of the global eCommerce business, including strategy, customer development, channel profitability, and successful channel activation. As eCommerce becomes an increasingly critical driver of household penetration and brand discovery, this leader will shape how Riverside acquires, converts, and retains consumers in digital environments while ensuring strong alignment with total US commercial strategy. The Director will operate at both a strategic and system-building level, establishing the long-term roadmap for digital commerce, building scalable capabilities, and ensuring disciplined investment across platforms. This individual will lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Insights to deliver best-in-class digital execution and sustainable, profitable growth. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role on the US Commercial Leadership Team, with influence on both near-term performance and long-term channel evolution. The role currently manages a small team and is expected to define and build the future eCommerce organization as the business scales.
