About The Position

The Director, Global Innovation & Innovation Portfolio Integration has two core
responsibilities; leads the execution of Ferrero’s global innovation agenda in
the US market & serves as a key integrator of the full ice cream portfolio to
ensure consistent communication and alignment with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment between global innovation strategy and regional commercial priorities.
• Oversee the development and execution of the global innovation pipeline in the US market
• Lead and develop two Senior Brand Managers responsible for global innovation initiatives.
• Synthesize innovation pipeline strategies and commercialization updates for key stakeholders like senior leaders & key customer meetings
• Ensure innovation priorities, timelines, and business cases are clearly communicated to cross functional partners.
• Lead and develop Senior Associate Brand Manager to ensure effective documentation & consistent reporting of long- term pipeline sufficiency & readiness.
