About The Position

Your day to day Program Management Office Leadership ​ Execute the PMO’s vision, operating model, and governance framework.​ Define project standards, methodologies, templates, and best practices.​ Align the project portfolio with organizational priorities.​ Run resource & capacity planning (internal and partner resources); maximize utilization and load‑balance across regions​ Own PMO tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Project, Jira), delivery templates, and data quality SLAs for schedule, cost, benefits, and risk data.​ Produce executive‑ready insights for the Head of Global Learning and enterprise governance bodies.​ Convert the innovation roadmap and validated pilots from Director, Learning Strategy Enablement into PMO‑managed programs for scale (scope, plan, funding, benefits) Enterprise Prioritization​ Lead the global intake, prioritization, and sequencing process for learning programs/projects aligned to enterprise priorities and capacity.​ Operate the stage‑gate governance model, risk standards, and change control; maintain program dashboards.​ Facilitate alignment reviews with the Head of Global Learning and key stakeholders; recommend start/stop/continue decisions Standardize planning baselines (scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, and benefits), RAID management, and dependency mapping.​ Enterprise prioritization and investment governance.​ Track benefits realization post‑launch; optimize the portfolio based on value evidence.​ Team Leadership & Capability Building Lead and mentor PMO team members (project managers and project specialists) to deliver complex, multi‑region initiatives using fit‑for‑purpose methods.​ Drive continuous improvement and upskilling.​ Stakeholder Engagement & Communication​ Coordinate regional execution with Shared Services, Tech/IT, PMO, and L&D leaders; protect learner experience and platform stability during rollouts.​ Facilitate alignment meetings and executive reporting. What we need from you 10–15+ years leading large, complex portfolios in global, matrixed environments​ Proven success establishing/leading a PMO (standards, governance, benefits realization, tooling)​ Experience delivering cross‑region, multi‑stakeholder learning transformation programs​ PMP Certification Required​ Portfolio/Program/Project management: P3O®, MSP®, MoP®, SAFe/Agile, PMI (or equivalent)​ Tooling: Smartsheet, MS Project/Project Online, Jira/Confluence, Power BI​ Benefits realization, stage‑gate governance, dependency/risk management Understanding of learning ecosystems (LMS/LXP, content ops, integrations) to protect learner experience during delivery ​Travel - limited 10% Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the ATLANTA office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business. The salary range for this role is $139,000 to $165,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. Requirements

  • 10–15+ years leading large, complex portfolios in global, matrixed environments
  • Proven success establishing/leading a PMO (standards, governance, benefits realization, tooling)
  • Experience delivering cross‑region, multi‑stakeholder learning transformation programs
  • PMP Certification Required
  • Portfolio/Program/Project management: P3O®, MSP®, MoP®, SAFe/Agile, PMI (or equivalent)
  • Tooling: Smartsheet, MS Project/Project Online, Jira/Confluence, Power BI
  • Benefits realization, stage‑gate governance, dependency/risk management
  • Understanding of learning ecosystems (LMS/LXP, content ops, integrations) to protect learner experience during delivery
