The Director, Global Talent Acquisition is an enterprise leader responsible for designing and executing a forward-looking global talent acquisition strategy that ensures Signature Aviation attracts, assesses, and hires the future ready talent required to deliver business and operational outcomes. This role sits on the Talent COE Leadership Team and plays a critical role in Signature Aviation’s multiyear Talent Transformation—reimagining how talent is identified, engaged, and brought into the organization at scale. This is a hands-on, player coach leadership role that blends enterprise strategy with operational excellence. The Director owns end-to-end recruiting performance across populations, establishes modern sourcing and assessment practices, advances responsible use of automation and AI, and strengthens the employer brand. The role serves as a connector across HR, operations, and business leadership—translating workforce strategy into scalable, measurable recruiting outcomes.
