About The Position

Reporting directly to the AVP, Accounts Receivable, Reimbursement; the Director, Government Reimbursement will work with finance professionals and outside consultants related to Government regulatory reporting and audits. Provide financial impact analysis for actual and proposed government changes. The Director will help ensure that necessary controls are in place for compliance with government regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare system working with Government reimbursement issues in a hospital provider nonprofit organization
• Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting, including compliance and reporting

Nice To Haves

• MBA or Master of Accounting degree preferred
• CPA preferred
