About The Position

Lucky 21 Partners is a leading Amazon 3P operator with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing consumer brands. We’re now expanding beyond Amazon—building a diversified, omnichannel growth engine across Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, Target Plus, and international marketplaces. We move fast, test aggressively, and scale what works. This is a performance-driven, entrepreneurial environment with real ownership and real impact. We’re hiring a Director of Growth to lead our next phase of marketplace seller expansion beyond Amazon. This is a true commercial leadership role—not just marketing. You will own channel strategy, execution, and performance across new and emerging marketplaces. Owning emerging channels, responsible for identifying opportunity, building the playbook, and scaling revenue profitably. We’re looking for someone who is highly experienced, deeply operational, and extremely polished—a strong presenter, clear communicator, and decisive leader who can both do the work and elevate it for leadership.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in retail, eCommerce, marketplaces, and/or growth leadership
  • Proven track record scaling businesses
  • Experience owning or directly influencing revenue and P&L
  • Operator Mindset
  • Hands-on, execution-focused, and resourceful
  • Comfortable building from scratch and solving messy problems
  • Moves quickly, tests aggressively, and iterates

Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Growth Strategy
  • Define where and how Lucky 21 wins beyond Amazon
  • Build and own the roadmap across Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, Target Plus, international, etc.
  • Identify, prioritize, and unlock new revenue opportunities
  • Marketplace Expansion & Performance
  • Scale Walmart.com (WFS, ads, SEO, assortment) into a major revenue channel
  • Build and grow TikTok Shop (creator + affiliate ecosystems, paid and organic)
  • Lead Target Plus launch and expansion
  • Evaluate and execute international marketplace opportunities
  • Revenue & P&L Ownership
  • Own revenue, contribution margin, and profitability across channels
  • Drive key decisions across pricing, promotions, assortment, and inventory
  • Ensure growth is profitable, not just top-line
  • New Channel Development
  • Identify and test emerging platforms, partnerships, and growth levers
  • Build repeatable playbooks
  • Stay ahead of where marketplaces and social commerce are going—not where they’ve been
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner closely with Leadership, Buyers, Advertising, and Operations
  • Ensure content, inventory, and forecasting align with growth plans
  • Drive alignment and execution across teams
