Working within Guest Marketing, you will lead the development of guest-centric, culturally relevant marketing strategies and plans that drive demand for the business, improve equity perceptions with our guest and build the Target brand. You will work cross functionally with marketing, merchandising and enterprise partners to bring strategic objectives that come to life across a marketing mix and guest experience touchpoints. Your commitment to partnership and collaboration will rally internal and external partners across functions to ensure alignment and progress towards common outcomes. As a Director, Guest Marketing - Holiday, you will lead a team of Marketers, leveraging your strong leadership skills to lead Holiday Marketing Strategy and Planning, providing oversight to concepts, nurturing ideas, and ensuring we have synergies and efficiencies to deliver integrated plans across the enterprise, while always evolving for the future. This role requires strong strategic acumen, deep curiosity, expert communication and problem-solving skills, team and enterprise leadership. Your ability to bring teams together to define future ways of working and multichannel playbook will enable smart innovation and learning for the full team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of guest-centric, culturally relevant marketing strategies and plans.
  • Drive demand for the business and improve equity perceptions with guests.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of related work experience, e-commerce experience a plus.
  • Guest and consumer obsessed with a focus on data-driven decisions.
  • Deep expertise in digital and social marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Proven team leadership skills.
  • Assertive, adaptable, and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment.
