This position will lead a team that will establish strong governance and oversight across prioritized Health Plan priorities to support disciplined execution and results. Alongside MedEcon function amongst others, this team will drive accountability for ensuring insights are translated into clear, actionable plans aligned to our goals. It will ensure action plans are activated, progress is monitored and hold business owners accountable for delivering targeted financial and operational outcomes. Responsible for leading the development, evaluation, management, and measurement of Health Plan performance—including driving cross functional accountability for outcomes, managing relevant processes/protocols to accurately track progress, milestones, and key performance indicators and communicate out in a timely manner.
