About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Director of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) / Clinical Engineering to oversee operations within a large, multi-hospital healthcare system. This leadership role will be responsible for managing clinical engineering operations, building strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in healthcare technology management within complex healthcare environments. Position Summary This leadership role is responsible for overseeing client relationships and operational performance across multiple facilities within a healthcare system. The Director will ensure operational excellence by consistently delivering services that meet contractual commitments and organizational standards, ensuring services are predictable, reliable, and repeatable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 7 years of management experience
  • Minimum 7 years of functional experience in Healthcare Technology Management or Clinical Engineering
  • Proven leadership experience in Healthcare Technology Management within a large healthcare environment
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships and governance structures
  • Demonstrated business and financial management skills, including budgeting and performance analysis
  • Ability to lead, coach, and mentor multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
  • Understanding of cybersecurity challenges and solutions in healthcare technology environments

  • Monitor financial performance, assess risks and opportunities, and communicate results to senior leadership.
