Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payments provider for businesses and corporations of all sizes, with small business being the largest customer segment and a continued area of investment and focus. The Small Business Marketing Team is responsible for acquisition and customer engagement marketing for all Small Business Charge, Proprietary Lending and co-brand cards. The Partner Marketing team is passionate about creating and driving strategies to engage and convert small business customers through our co-brand partnerships. The Director of Hilton Cobrand Marketing will be the marketing leader for the Hilton small business credit card portfolio and is responsible for the holistic marketing strategy across American Express proprietary and partner channels, including end-to-end execution. They will also be responsible for leading and collaborating with internal and external partners including Hilton, Consumer Partner Marketing, GCS Product, Analytics, Risk, Strategic Partnerships, Finance, and more. Some travel needed – up to 10%25 - exact cadence of Partner interactions to be determined.
