The Director, HR Business Partner leads a team of HRBP and HR enablement specialists to deliver strategic partnership, people outcomes for a defined business or function. You set team priorities, coach and develop HR talent, and ensure consistent execution of talent strategy, organization design, and change initiatives across multiple workgroups .

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including 4+ years of people leadership
  • Proven experience leading HRBP and HR enablement team members (people leadership, performance management, engagement, development)
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources , Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to translate business priorities into actionable talent/OD/ succession/change roadmaps
  • H ands ‑ on experience using workforce analytics (engagement, performance, pipeline) to diagnose root causes and recommend targeted interventions; proficiency with HRIS (e.g., Workday) for downstream execution
  • Proven capability in organizational design at small ‑ to mid ‑ scale (multi ‑ team), including advising on structure, spans/layers, role clarity and capability needs
  • Experience coaching senior leaders on performance conversations, team dynamics, and communication strategies

  • Experience supporting SVP/VP‑level leaders through transformation/M&A in a large, matrixed organization
  • Advanced skills in workforce analytics and executive communication

Responsibilities

  • Lead people: Lead and develop HRBP and HR enablement specialists; set team priorities, manage performance/engagement, and build manager capability; model LEADRx behaviors and I2CARE values
  • Direct team execution with data : Review team dashboards and workforce analytics to target actions; coach the team on data ‑ driven decisions and accurate downstream HRIS execution
