JOB OVERVIEW The Director Human Resources (HR) Technology and Shared Services is responsible for the strategic direction, optimization, and service delivery of Sunrise’s HR technology ecosystem and shared services operations. This position serves as the bridge between HR, business needs, and enabling technology and services. You will oversee HR systems (Human Capital Management (HCM), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and related platforms), shared services delivery, and the HR budget to ensure efficient processes, high-quality service, optimized outsourced relationships, and a modern, engaging digital team member experience.
